He has advised business accelerators in the USA, Seoul, South Korea, Guangzhou, China, and Accra, Ghana, how to improve their performance and expand internationally.
He presented How to enter the USA Market at the International Pavilion during the January 2023 Consumer Electronics Show (Las Vegas, NV). He has been a speaker or panelist during international symposiums in Africa, China, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, and Sweden.
During his 15+ years as a management consultant, he has worked with small businesses up to Fortune 50 corporations. He assesses their current business performance, then facilitates strategic planning sessions, leadership development programs, helps design programs for growth, then leads cross functional teams to achieve desired results.
He earned a MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. He is certified in Leadership & Management Assessment and Development by the Center for Creative Leadership, Greensboro, NC.
